RETURN

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within  30  calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the address, securely package the item in its original packaging and [enclose your receipt].

Returns are free in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on teepor.eu’s part, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Please allow at least  30  days from the date you receive your item to process your return or exchange. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

If the time to cancel the order is earlier than the delivery time and the time specified on the website can initiate the cancellation of the order, the order can be canceled

The store has no limit on the number of days for canceling an order. If the order is not shipped, it supports order cancellation.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The amount depends on the express company you choose.
