Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: Please note that on average, we need 3 to 7 days to process your order before shipping it. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 14 and 30 days, depending on the country or region. Please be aware of any holidays, which may affect delivery times.
Q: What is the company’s return policy?
A: After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We need a minimum of 14 days from receipt of the goods to process the return or exchange.
